Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Restocking fee may apply. 
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
If you are returning a damaged item, please contact us via e-mail with photos of the damage. We will approve most damage returns. If a damage return is received and no damage is found, your refund will be approved minus the return shipping costs. 


Special Orders

Please note that special order items (G&L, Heritage, etc) require a 50% deposit to go into production. This deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited should the remaining balance not be paid in full after 30 days from the time the special order item is available to be picked up or shipped. 

Special Order Returns:

Eden Guitars will refund special order items at its sole discretion. Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee if approved. 



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

United States: FREE Domestic Shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & US controlled territories. Contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside of the domestic United States. 

International: Please email for an exact shipping quote. Be sure to include the SKU number you are interested in and your EXACT address. We will get you a shipping quote in one business day. 

Expedited Shipping

If you need your item faster, or need it shipped within a specific time-frame, contact us. We'll make sure we schedule your order to arrive when you need it, with whatever method you require. Please keep in mind that this service will require additional charges.
